Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date of any custom development, consultation, or service engagement.
For ongoing or subscription-based services, cancellations must be submitted 15 days before the next billing cycle.
Once a project has begun or a service has been rendered (partially or fully), cancellation may not be possible, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Pre-Service Refunds: If payment is made but the service has not been initiated, a 100% refund will be provided.
Service Not Delivered: If the agreed-upon service is not delivered due to company fault or technical reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued after review.
Partial Delivery: In cases where partial service has been provided, a pro-rated refund may be offered based on the work completed and delivered.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom development work already delivered
Third-party tools, domains, hosting, or licenses purchased on the client’s behalf
Consulting fees or onboarding charges
All refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
